All visiting guests 5 years or older will need to show proof of vaccinations. Photos of vaccination cards are acceptable. Please email verifying documentation of vaccination records to [email protected].

Accomodations


  • Most attendees will stay in the dorms in a shared room. As you probably remember, dorm rooms are double-occupancy and have twin beds. Showers are down the hall.

 

  • The Castle offers several guest suites that have adjoining rooms; many of these are two-room suites with a shared bathroom. Each suite has two twin beds (max. 2 people per suite). The cost to reserve each Castle suite is an additional $150 per room. Room availability is on a first-come, first serve basis and you will receive a confirmation email regarding this extra reservation.

Roommates @ Reunion


Alumni attending with family member/friends/partners don't need to worry about this part. If you are attending Reunion on your own and you don't mind us assigning you a roommate, please choose "doesn't matter." Before giving us your preference for roommates, PLEASE check first with your Reunion roommate, and then confirm with us. We will do our very best to meet your request. **Each room has two twin beds.**

Travel Information


Please use this space to provide information about your travel details. There will be two school shuttles from ABQ on Friday, at 3 p.m. & 7 p.m. One school shuttle to ABQ on Monday at 7AM. If you are unsure of transportation, we will check back with you the first week of July.

    Alumni Events Refund Policy: Event Cancellation by Sponsor UWC-USA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If UWC-USA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. UWC-USA will not be responsible for corollary costs (travel or other fees) if an event is cancelled. Registration Cancellation by Participant: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made in writing 21 days or more before the event, 50% refund for cancellations received within 21 days of the event, no refund within 7 days. All refunds will be assessed a $20 fee to cover processing fees.. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted via email, [email protected], and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee(s) and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
