• Space rental for Food Vendors is $50 for the day.
• Your $50 payment and this signed Contract Form must be submitted by September 15, 2017 to reserve a space
• Contact Shelly Ginter, (937) 843-5603 for reservations; provided on a first come, first serve basis
• Electric Hook-Ups will be provided. If you need special power supplies, let us know.
• Event will be held rain or shine
• No refunds
• You may set up Friday, Sept. 22 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Contact Jennie Rogers to arrange a time (937) 638-3425. Or you may set up at 8:00 a.m., Saturday Sept. 23, 2017
• Each Food Vendor keeps 100% of his or her profits made that day.
• Each Food Vendor must stay for the duration of the sale, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and must have someone at their booth
at all times.
• Each Seller/ Food Vendor must leave their space as they found it when they leave at 2:00 p.m. any trash to be
disposed of in park cans provided.<
