Request for Program Underwriting Support

The Round Rock ISD Annual School Supplies Drive, generously underwritten by the Round Rock ISD Partners in Education Foundation, is a unique opportunity for you and/or your organization/business to help provide basic school supplies to students in need and ensure they begin the school year with the proper tools.

With the help and generous support of businesses, organizations and individuals within the community we are able to secure school supplies at a discounted price. For just $2,500 you can adopt an entire grade level of students or $20 you can make a difference and support a student!

• Parents informational materials and promotional items (placement can be in supply kit if requested by sponsor-must provide 5,000 copies)
• Logo placement on letter to all Principals for each Campus delivery
• Pre and Post Press news release acknowledgment (78,000 RRISD enews subscribers)
• RRISD Partners in Education Foundation website logo placement
• Facebook and Twitter announcements on Foundation and Round Rock ISD social media
• Signage at each Round Rock ISD Campus
• Listed as Friend of the Foundation (corresponding level acknowledgement)
• Tax-deductible donation receipt

• $500 and up - Campus Adoption; tax-deductible donation, name listing on RRISD Partners in Education website Friend of the Foundation thank you section
• $250 - $499; tax-deductible donation, Friend of the Foundation listing. Up to $249 tax-deductible and event acknowledgement!
