Please consider donating in the name of my dear husband Jimmy Smith, so that a cure and/or treatments to prolong life for sufferers of this terrible disease can be found. Jimmy was so full of life. He loved playing his guitar and golf, raising goats, fishing and grilling. All of that was cut short and his life taken too soon because of this awful disease. All proceeds will go towards: • Finding effective treatments and a cure for pulmonary fibrosis• Advocating for the pulmonary fibrosis community • Promoting disease awareness • Providing a compassionate environment for patients and their families Please donate and together we can help those living with pulmonary fibrosis and the families of those we have lost. All donations are tax-deductible and every dollar raised goes to help support the mission of the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. If you cannot make a donation at this time, please forward this e-mail and link to everyone you know. Post this on your Facebook and Twitter pages. Every donation counts, no matter what the amount. The loss of a loved one is devastating. Yet, we are always reminded by our hearts – how lucky we have been to know those that we love even in our loss. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated. With love, Dawn Smith
