Make Tahquamenon Falls State Park available for all Providing accessible recreation experiences is imperative in Michigan state parks and Tahquamenon Falls has found great success with offering a track chair, a rugged wheelchair option that provides access to trails and shallow water areas. However, we have found that most people never intend to leave the paved trail, so the team would like to work toward purchasing a power wheelchair (or two). These would be geared toward people with mobility impairments that will not be going off trail.
