Women with Purpose is Cycling for Hope! We are proud to participate in Project Hope's Cycle for Hope Fundraiser on October 26th in an effort to raise $20,000.00 to go towards families in the Roxbury and Dorchester areas living in poverty. Join the Women with Purpose Cycling Team or donate to our team to Address the Cycle of Poverty for low income mothers and children in the Boston area. Our team's fundraising goal is $1,000.00 and all proceeds will go towards providing low income families access to housing, education, jobs and emergency services while working for broader systematic changes in their community. Hi everyone! Over the past decade, I have had the pleasure to serve as a mentor in a formal/ informal capacity to a variety of young girls through organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters. Through these relationships, I have witnessed the incredibly hard work that mothers in the Greater Boston area, and around the country, are putting in to ensure that their girls have the school supplies and resources they need to excel in their education and personal life.
