I'm fundraising for Cancer Lifeline again this year because they continue to do amazing work right here in our local community. Breakfast With Friends has been a joyous celebration of Cancer Lifeline for many years and while we can’t meet in person this year we can still celebrate. My brother is dealing with metastatic kidney cancer, so this year is even more personal to me as I struggle to help him from a distance. Many of us and our families are touched by cancer and can understand the importance of the support Cancer Lifeline provides. Nearly everyone is touched by cancer. For me, my father's battle with lung cancer was long and often lonely. I wish that he had known about Cancer Lifeline. Everyone is touched by cancer at some point in their lives, either as a patient or as a loved one. Cancer Lifeline helps thousands of cancer patients build strength through our support groups, classes in nutrition, exercise, personal expression, stress reduction, and personalized emotional support. I hope you can join me and my friends and support Cancer Lifeline with your gift today.
Hello Family, Friends and Colleagues! Thank you so much for visiting my page to consider donating to Cancer Lifeline's Breakfast with Friends event. As you know this past year has been difficult for many; however, it has been especially isolating for those who are navigating a cancer diagnosis. Cancer Lifeline is a truly amazing amazing organization, offering dozens of resources for patients and their families adjusting to their new reality. Some of these resources include building strength through support groups, classes in nutrition, exercise, personal expression, stress reduction, personalized emotional support, and financial support. For the past 48 years, Cancer Lifeline has been a pillar of support for our community and I would really appreciate if you could help contribute to this important cause so we can make sure these services are free and accessible to all. Thank you so much for being a champion for this important work! Rosie
I’ve always said that asking for money is a very difficult thing to do, especially in these times. However, Cancer Lifeline is an exception. The reason is simple: after working at Cancer lifeline for over 23 years, I can say passionately and without hesitation that the services Cancer Lifeline provide to everyone touched by cancer make a profound impact on people’s lives. I certainly know first hand because I’ve used Cancer Lifeline’s services. To be deeply seen, listened to and supported during life-threatening-illness is exactly what is needed in the midst of chaos. Support comes in many forms, whether it’s emotional support after hearing the diagnosis of cancer for the first time or trying to establish some kind of normalcy by taking a class to improve ones health, Cancer Lifeline offers outstanding programs by an professional, well trained and deeply compassionate staff. Please consider giving whatever you can to help support the work of Cancer Lifeline.

Hello!I hope you will join me in supporting Cancer Lifeline and sit at my virtual table at Breakfast with Friends. For more than four decades, Cancer Lifeline has offered an array of support to cancer patients and their families. This includes 27+ support groups each and every month, a variety of classes like gentle exercise, nutrition, stress reduction, artistic expression, educational presentations, one-on-one emotional support via our lifeline, and so much more. During the past year, our small but committed, caring & very talented staff have planned and organized over 100 virtual support groups and classes to keep our clients safe, supported, and connected. Cancer Lifeline is able to offer this FREE of charge thanks to our generous community. Please consider making a donation to help Cancer Lifeline continue providing this support to the community. Make sure to check out the main fundraising page to see what kind of impact your donation can make. But remember, no amount is too small. Every single dollar counts! Thank you, friends! Blair

Donations help keep our programs FREE of charge, that is more important to those with living cancer and their families than ever before. As you know I work for Cancer Lifeline, you may not know that it was the first place I went to seek and received support when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer nearly 17 years ago. It's a home away from home for so many, just like me. Although our programs are all online right now, the community is strong and that is because of the support of our donors, volunteers, family & friends. Thank you for keeping our circle of support STRONG! Nicole Taylor Program Coordinator for Cancer Lifeline 17 year Breast Cancer Survivor
