Honor and Remember
Hello all,
Please consider a donation to this most worthy cause. We running to honor and remember 885 fellow New York men and women who have lost their lives while in service to our great nation, since the onset of the war on terror. We are running in this 6th annual event from Syracuse to Albany over 3 days (June 11-13, 2021), stopping every few miles at pre-determined Hero Stops. At these Hero Stops, we form a line and in a brief ceremony call out some of the names of the fallen. At some of these stops, family members and friends of the fallen gather to hear their loved ones' name called out. Their loved ones are not forgotten. We are a grateful nation.
Thank you for considering a donation. Proceeds go not only to cover the costs of the Run, but also to purchase special Honor and Remember Flags, with the name of the deceased Hero embroidered onto the flag, which are given to the family of the fallen. A beautiful tribute.
