Mind Your Health- October 10, 2021 Join us for the inaugural Mind Your Health event on Sunday, October 10th from 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. at Margaret Pace Park. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in family-friendly activities while exploring resources to help us lead a life of sound body and mind. Mind Your Health will host speakers and interactive sessions led by experts in their fields. Topics such as nutrition, addiction, depression, exercise and mindfulness will be explored as fundamental to living a healthy and fulfilling life. A Tribute Walk will provide an opportunity to honor those afflicted with mental health issues and to raise awareness of resources available throughout our community.
