Professor Emeritus Peter V. Lee, MD, former chairman for the Department of Family Medicine, passed away on July 26 at the age of 93. For those who wish to honor the legacy of Dr. Lee and his contributions to the field family medicine, the Lee Family would be most grateful for gifts to be directed to the Peter V. Lee, M.D. Fund for Family Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. Information about a memorial service to take place in late September or early October will be sent shortly.
The mission of the Department of Family Medicine is to improve the health of individuals and families in partnership with the communities we serve by translating advances in medicine to excellent, accessible and holistic care through education, scholarship and service.
