This year, I will not be swimming, but instead will be physically challenging myself by building up my stamina, so that I can walk uphill for one complete mile. I can walk forever, but have struggled with elevation. This is the first year that the our annual swim has been moved to spring instead of having it in fall. This is because of the bad air quality due to seasonal fires.
