I participated two years ago, when my spouse was recovering from a injury. Learning something new (I failed swim class 3 times in 1st grade) was a great distraction. I also had ovarian cancer 38 years ago. Today, my heart goes out to all I know who have and have had cancer. When I don my goggles on Sunday, I will be thinking of all of them. My aim is to support services with a proven track record of helping women with cancer.
