As part of the "One Day for DAWGS" event I am raising funds for the Ferris Youth Initiative Johnson Scholars Program. The “FYI” Johnson Scholars program provides on-going support for FSU student members, who have experienced and/or aged out of foster care. Funds received will be utilized to purchase much needed items for the "FYI" student pantry such as pillows, blankets, school supplies, towels, and personal items. In addition, funding will provide additional resources to meet un-met needs. Your support is truly appreciated! Team pages will be made separately by a member of the Annual Giving Team and you can join them once your personal page has been submitted and approved. Thank you for your generous support for the Plastics Engineering Technology program at Ferris State University. Our program is dedicated to providing students and faculty with invaluable opportunities for hands-on learning and professional development. Funds raised through this campaign will be used to fund student and faculty travel for field trips and plastics industry conferences. These experiences are essential for our students to gain real-world insights, network with industry professionals, and stay updated on the latest advancements in the industry. Funds from last year's campaign were used for three trips to Novi, Grand Rapids, and Newaygo, MI. Because of the donations, students did not have to pay anything out of pocket for these experiences. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our program and the future careers of our students.
