Feeding the Gulf Coast is on the frontlines addressing the growing needs of those in our community impacted by this national health crisis. We are working tirelessly to reach children, families, and seniors at risk of going hungry during this time of uncertainty. Since this crisis began, we have seen a more than 1,000% increase in people seeking food assistance.
The need is URGENT. You can help.
As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, the need is ever increasing. Feeding the Gulf Coast is committed to meeting the need, and you can help! We anticipate needing to provide an additional 5.6 million meals over the next six months, totaling 19.8 million meals, to meet the need created by COVID-19.
To ensure we best serve our community throughout this time of heightened need, we are distributing emergency food boxes for those affected by school closures, quarantines, and the growing economic impact of this crisis.
But we cannot do it alone. Your support is always needed, especially during these uncertain times. As we continue to operate, please consider giving a donation to help us meet the increased demand for hunger-relief in our communities.
For every $25.00 raised, we can provide 125 meals to individuals and families in need.
Thank you for your support!
WHO IS FEEDING THE GULF COAST?
