We have close to 1,000 dogs in our shelters in China!
With the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) suspension in place restricting dogs from China to come to the United States, we are desperately needing your help in feeding the dogs at our rescue shelters in China. They were all saved from imminent slaughter – from the meat-trade, police pounds, or neglect. They are now stuck in China until we can get the suspension lifted.
We are doing our best to find them forever homes in Canada. But, this is difficult. To make matters worse, the cargo crisis has tripled the cost to transport dogs from Beijing to North America.
We are not asking for much. We are hoping you would consider a monthly commitment donation of $5, $10 or $25 to helps us feed all these doggies. If everyone can chip in a small amount as a recurring monthly donation, this would enable us to get them the necessary nutrition needed to keep them healthy.
A $25 monthly donation would help us feed one big dog for an entire month. A $10 donation would help feed a small dog for an entire month. 100% of the donations will go directly to feeding the dogs!
If 400 people donate $25 each month, that would be $10,000 each month used to feed all 300+ doggies!
You see, we do not work from an endowment. We do not have any corporate sponsors. We only have you – our followers, past adopters and future adopters.
A one-time donation works too. However, we are unsure how long the CDC suspension will last -- so we need your help over the months to come.
