Chip Parks grew up in the small town of Phillips, TX, in the northern Texas Panhandle. He is the son of Keith and Janet Parks. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering and currently works as a Project Manager for Enbridge Energy. He lives in Stillwater, OK, with his wife Kami and their children Hailey and Tristan. Chip serves as a part-time Help Build Hope Coordinator for the Southwest Region. He is an Elder at Sunnybrook Christian Church, where he and his wife serve together in the Marriage Ministry. He is also active in the community, serving his second term as a board member of United Way of Payne County, Inc.
