About the Event

Join us Sunday, September 30th, to celebrate International Day of Older Persons, for our Not Alone Run, Walk 'n Roll, where we are striving to build awareness and raise funds to help isolated elders in your community. The Twin Cities Area is estimated to have 39,000 adults living alone that lack the social support of family and friends that are critical to their physical and mental well-being.

More than a 5K run, walk, and roll around Bde Maka Ska, this event is a celebration of partnerships, friendships, fundraising and community-building that makes a difference for hundreds of people served by LBFE.

Support will help us reach out to more elders and end isolation among older adults in the Twin Cities. Sign up for the walk now and consider becoming a fundraiser to increase your impact! The top fundraiser will receive a "Bread for a Year" from Panera*. Registration includes a long-sleeve t-shirt.
