We urgently need your help NOW to keep the music playing for the 62 girls and boys in The Salvation Army Phil Ramone Orchestra for Children in Harlem. The seven year old program founded by Phil is in jeopardy of being closed. The orchestra must become self-sustaining with its annual $120,000 budget. To that end, our goal is to fund the program for the remainder of the year and create an endowment that would end any future fiscal challenges. 100% of any money raised goes directly to the program. Your tax deductible contribution will help us achieve our goal.
Legendary and beloved music producer Phil Ramone worked with the most creative and talented people in entertainment during his illustrious career. However, he also knew the value of music in enhancing a child's life as it did his and wanted them to have the opportunity to become part of something bigger than themselves, an orchestra.

Pianist Serenity says, “I really love this music program because it shows kids that, through music, anything is possible. It shows that we can accomplish anything we want. We can embrace life through music.”
