We all remembered where we were 20 years ago on 9/11/01. We remember the emotions we experienced and the images from that day that will be etched into our memories for eternity. Since then, it has shaped how all Americans live their lives. But how will we allow it to shape the next 20 years? Time has passed, but there is no forgetting. We made a solemn promise,
“We will never forget.”
I'm grateful for your interest in recognizing the 20th Anniversary of the attack on our country through by joining our ride.
The mission of The Quell Foundation’s 9/11 Ride of Hope is to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001. This event seeks to raise philanthropic support to fund the continued development and implementation of the Foundation’s First Responder Mental Health Education and Training Program.
This population of public servants has the 6th highest suicide rate, by occupation, due to the compounding, daily trauma they experience on the job. From the 9/11 memorial in NYC to the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, each mile of our journey represents our continued commitment to removing the stigma and normalizing the conversation around mental illness within the first responder community.
Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.
