The Suffolk CARES program provides support for students and helps them find the best resources for their individual needs. The program's goal is to empower students to persevere through times of crisis and to advocate for themselves so that they may remain personally and academically successful at Suffolk and long after they graduate.
The Suffolk CARES Pantry provides urgently needed groceries and other supplies to a growing number of students. The main goal is to ensure immediate food security for all students.
Case Management works with students to determine what resources might address their specific needs, including family issues, emotional well-being, unplanned medical procedures or other illnesses, academic difficulty, financial distress, and food/shelter security.
Emergency Assistance Grants are available to undergraduate, graduate and law students who are experiencing unexpected financial hardship. These grants help our students recover from job and income loss, make emergency rent payments, access technology and supplies to complete coursework, and address food insecurity.
The impact of donations to Suffolk CARES is immediate and helps Suffolk students in times of crisis. Your support of Suffolk University and this important program will make a positive difference in the lives of Suffolk students during these particularly challenging times and for many years to come.
