Sean Kelley was an inclusion history teacher at Stony Point High School and coached
Cross-country and Tennis. He tragically passed away on December 2, 2016 after being struck by a vehicle. Upon hearing of the beloved coach’s death, Stony Point students and teachers organized a memorial in honor of Kelley. Hundreds filled the Stony Point football stadium in honor of the man who touched so many lives. Mr. Kelley often spoke of his students to his mother and father and they are proud of his dedication to teaching and coaching. To honor their son, the Kelley family has created the Sean Kelley Memorial Scholarship designated to graduating seniors who attend Stony Point and plan to pursue higher education.
