The Unity Campaign supports the over one in three households in Frederick County that struggle to afford basic human necessities! Together, we can make a difference!

The Unity Campaign is a collaborative project between nonprofit partners, sponsors, and the greater Frederick community to support our most vulnerable neighbors by giving to a nonprofit organization of their choice during the 12 Days of Giving from September 11th through September 22nd.

Last year we were able to raise over $500,000, but this year we setting our goals higher to raise $525,000 for 33 local nonprofit organizations!

About United Way of Frederick County

For over 80 years, United Way of Frederick County (UWFC) has been fighting for the health, education and financial stability of every person in the Frederick County community. In 2017, United Way produced the ALICE (Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed) Report, which identifies that approximately one out of every three households can no longer afford to live in Frederick County. UWFC’s investments and programs are aligned to support and increase the financial stability of ALICE households.
