Will you partner with us? St. Matthew's House helps take care of the homeless, hungry, and addicted in our community. This work is so important, especially in times like these. Did you know: St. Matthew's House has already seen an over 1000% increase in their food distributions? (Which already distributed over 500,000 hot meals and 50,000 pounds of food last year!) The Justin's Place Recovery Program, created in 2010 has graduated over 500 men and women from it's year-long, residential program! The Campbell Lodge and the Immokalee Friendship House, both St. Matthew's House shelters, are the only two emergency shelters in Collier County. Each night over 400 men, women, and children are in St. Matthew's House care. As this pandemic has shuttered St. Matthew's House social enterprises, like their award-winning thrift stores, the revenue these businesses generate to help support these ministries has also been stopped. We're now looking for people like you to join our team, get creative and share about the work of St. Matthew's House to raise funds and help us meet our team goal! Don't forget, 100% of every dollar donated will go directly to our life-saving programs. Will you help us to erase hunger & homelessness in our community today? More about St. Matthew's House For over 30 years, St. Matthew's House has provided innovative solutions to fight hunger, homelessness, and addiction in Southwest Florida. St. Matthew's House operates a soup kitchen, mobile food pantry, two emergency housing shelters, transitional and permanent supportive housing facilities, substance abuse recovery programs, and employment training initiatives aimed at providing a hand-up, rather than a hand-out to all we serve. St. Matthew's House developed an expansive social enterprise model that provides more job-training services as well as financially supports nearly 60% of our total operating budget. More importantly, our social enterprises ensure that 100% of all donations go directly to our life-saving programs and those that need it most.
